### 3.2 Maintenance
- Scheduled maintenance plans must be paid in advance or per the agreed contract.
- Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may incur a fee.

## **4. Sales of Machines**
### 4.1 New & Refurbished Machines
- All machines sold are tested and confirmed to be in working order.

- "As-is" sales carry **no warranty** and are non-refundable.

- Repairs come with a 90-day limited warranty on parts and labor.
